What is a TCP#?
"A TCP permit or Certificate will allow business owners to operate a Limousine, Tour-Bus, Car-for-Hire, or other point-to-point, "pre-arranged, exclusive, single-load, charter" service. TCP A or B has no limit to the size of vehicle you may operate. TCP P is limited to a maximum vehicle seating capacity of 14 passengers + driver. TCP A and B are certificates; and may be sold or transferred to another owner. TCP P is a Permit, and cannot be sold."
